Opens with violet & spicy apple then transitions to an addictive powdery vanilla & leather dry down with a bit of fruity woodiness. Not radical or niche yet still a fairly unusual fragrance. The fruit isn't too central and the leather isn't too aggressive. I don't really get Tuscan Leather vibes from this one, and to me it's more reminiscent of Junoon Leather than Junoon Amber.
After fifteen minutes it's only slightly sweet - I can wear this one year round except for the very hottest of days. (85° here today though dry; I wore this with pleasure and it was not too much.) Goes slightly smokier in the late drydown, and after six hours it has faded to an ambery skin scent.
Double sprays give 5-6 hour longevity on my skin, with decent sillage for 1½-2 hours.
Scent lingers nicely on clothing - the next day you'll wonder what smells so good.
I've had my bottle since Fall of 2023; don't know whether it may have been reformulated since then. (Swiss Arabian seem less prone to that than some other houses, however).
