... its extraordinary spiciness. It feels more like a symphony. The deeper notes reveal various woody facets that range from light to dark. You can also discover a hint of salty-animalistic elements. The animalistic aspect here is not off-putting and harmonizes beautifully with the woody notes and the smoke. Very nice!
