It's not the most complex thing - it is aptly named; a thick rose, with a fabric of smooth oud and frankincense pinning it down. The floral top feels a bit scattered, the orange blossom is the major player to my nose, with the roses bringing a broad but unfocused range of spicy, bitter, sweet, jammy, pink, and stemmy facets. The orange blossom is sweet, citric, and floral.
It is a bit too sweet to my nose. A lot of jammy floral going on without much contrast to be seen. The frankincense + ouds used compliment the base well, giving light woody-green, minty and bright resin notes. Just looking for a bit... more
