The notes for this one sounded very intriguing for me, so I couldn't help myself but get a sample. And truly, it didn't disappoint a bit. The notes present a picture of heady wines in a wooden casket and that's exactly what this perfume is.
It opens slightly fruity, but steadily descends into wine spilled over oak wood. It's nothing like anything I've ever tried, the scent feels natural, ritualistic. Strange and like the most self-explanatory thing in the world. What a beautiful unique imagery it provides.
The only thing I'll fault the scent with is fairly mediocre longevity, but that's about it. If you're into unique, gothic, over-the-top scents, this one was made for you.
