I question the inclusion of Dom Rosa in what is said by the own brand a trilogy inspired on wines. This is not a wine fragrance, but instead a champagne rose that, as the name already implies, focus on roses aroma mixed with a fizzy champagne accord.The same problem that happens with Bloody Wood happens with Dom Rosa: excellent opening, undistinguished evolution. The only difference is that Dom Rosa performance seems better than Bloody Woood in a way that this one doesn't become close to the skin after one hour. Irs opening reminds of the fruity, alcoholic, slightly acid and fizzy aroma of champagne at the same time it also makes you think of green roses, with their fruity nuances highlighted at the same time that their boozy nuances merges with the champagne accord. But something werid happens as the scent develop, thoses roses start to get too similar with a musky, fruity and floral aroma that seems perfect for a washing powder.The mineral incense and woody drydown helps to dissolve this impression, but it stays in peripheral part of the aroma, as if your fragrance is fight for attention with the wahsing powder aroma that remained on hyour clothes. This noise is very weird and strip a considerable exquisite character of this composition.
