Pressed jasmine flowers and soft pillows

Sweet and floral in a peculiar way. Dated? No, it doesn't feel right to call it that. Perhaps "anachronistic"?

Jasmine, but handled very differently than what I'm used to smelling nowadays. There's a faint soapiness to it that's hard to pin down, and warmth. Like a fading childhood memory of a summer evening.

A scent of an older woman (from back when you were so young that basically any woman was an "older woman" to you). You look at her, as if through a Ghibli lens, and think to yourself "woah, she's so cool and nice and put together, I wanna be just like her when I grow up"!

Clean, but not neurotic about it. Cozy and effortless. Like falling asleep on aired out sheets that feel as if there's still lingering warmth from the sun clinging to them.

In an hour jasmine is gone. Soft powdery florals are now front and center. To me this particular note smells very similar to what's listed as daisy in Daisy Love Eau de Toilette, but here it's much more forward and clearer. Old timey, but in a good way. Safe and faintly nostalgic. Delightful, really.

There are no more changes from there. It just slowly gets softer and in another hour fades to an aftertaste. That too soon disappears.

I think so far this may be my favorite perfume with a prominent jasmine note in it.
