Interesting Facts
Asida is a dish commonly found in North Africa and on the Arabian Peninsula. It is a porridge with a pudding-like consistency, made from roasted wheat flour and water. It is typically served with a hollow in the centre, into which honey, melted butter or, for a savoury version, stock is poured.
