Pinene

Pinenes are a group of isomeric monoterpene hydrocarbons that occur as colorless liquids and are components of the essential oils of many plants.
They are classified into alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, and the rarely occurring delta-pinene. All of them have a turpentine-like odor.
