Winter Lemon
I ordered Nagaranga & Santal Citroné out of curiosity and because it was on sale from an online perfumery. Admittedly, it was a blind buy. But the reviews and statements here about this fragrance gave me the confidence that this scent fits perfectly into my preferences. Citrusy, fresh, woody, and even a bit spicy.
That was still in summer.
During testing, the smell of homemade lemonade, which you can now find in many small restaurants, immediately stood out. And it was intense! My first impression. It smells very, very organic. Can we become friends?
It took the arrival of autumn and the colder days for this fragrance to unfold in a way that I really learned to love it. In summer, I perceived it as linear lemon and mandarin peel, and then it disappeared after three hours.
But now in the cold, it lasts for me 4-6 hours. The lemon is still the most prominent note for me, but the cardamom, later the slightly earthy patchouli, and in the base, the woods are now coming to the forefront. A wonderful refreshment in the cold season and a greeting from summer. Along with the coziness of winter with spices and sandalwood. Wow, this is so good for me. Pure wellness!
It will become a regular guest for me :)
