I sold this a couple of weeks after buying and smelling / wearing almost daily.
This is very well blended and is difficult to point out individual notes. What I "think" I'm getting the most is vetiver, clove, and nutmeg. I wanted to buy this because ATH described the emphasis on vetiver with this flanker to "Guapo". This is most similar to Tom Ford's Grey Vetiver, but a more (experimental?) version.
The best way I can describe this is a metallic clove and vetiver scent. I think the nutmeg adds the earthiness to this, but doesn't come off as spicy, kind of how its used in TF's Grey Vetiver. I don't pick up on any citrus. I get a hint of granny smith apple in this, and the rest of the base notes play a small role in establishing the earthy background of this.
I can applaud ATH for constructing a truly unique, well blended fragrance, but this isn't for me. There's just something about it that comes off strange and displeasing.
