I love ATH - I own 6 of his fragrances. So I was excited to get something to wear in the fall/winter. But man...I've given this two shots and it just completely misses for me. There is something skunk-face off putting about it. I think the combo of clove + nutmeg + gaiac wood is just a mess of a base and gives off a rancid smell. There is nothing identifiable in the top notes (bergamot, orange, citrus, apple? No...none of that).
I got desperate enough to ask Chatgpt to save it and it recommended layering with Legend...so I tried that. It helped...but I can still smell that funk in the background. Will need to sell this. Just hope the potential buyer doesn't read this review.
