An amazing attar
This was my favorite attar I sampled at ASAQ. It's extremely smooth with superior blending such that it's hard to differentiate the notes. It's masculine woody with some spice and rose. Typical combination but this oil has elevated it to another level.
The bottle is a crystal black glass bottle with a screw on glass cap with glass dip stick. Very heavy and luxurious.
The projection/sillage is moderate and longevity is 6ish hours (mentioned to me by the sales associate).
The price was around $200 CAD for 12ml.
Only reason I didn't up buying it was because of a bad experience I had while purchasing this. I asked the guy how much it was and he quoted around $160 CAD (obviously in Saudi riyals) but when I went to check out, the guy at the register said no this is $200 CAD.
I explained that I got a lower price from the other guy and he got upset at him. He told him to pay the difference while I would only pay $160 CAD. The sales associate took out his wallet to pay and looked sad that he messed up. I felt bad for him and it wasn't right so I left the store without buying. The guy at the register had the most dissapointed look on his face. Oh well.
Overall it's a luxurious oil/attar but moderate performance. Possibly the summer heat would make this one bloom more.
