...because it is already very citrusy. Fresh on application but relatively intrusive. You definitely have to wait for the dry down to smell a hint of bergamot or musk.
Loud fragrance that doesn't last very long.
Classic or not, I only use the fragrance myself as a citrus layer for creamy things. Solo it's too much for me, especially the first 20 minutes which, to put it very badly, smell more like toilet stone :(
Unfortunately, I can hardly smell jasmine, rosemary and lavender.
