For me, Donna is a treat among fragrances. Casual, fluffy, lovely, powdery.
The lemon at the beginning smells totally real and natural.
Although the scent starts fresh and zesty, a powdered sugar-like note soon follows, without slipping into sticky sweetness. While Donna still feels a bit playful here, it becomes more elegant and softer with the floral notes.
But in the heart note, it becomes elfin and invites daydreaming.
I really like it and it fits better as a spring or summer scent, as it is light and uplifting. For me, it also has a delicate aquatic note, somehow airy.
However, I must also immediately point out the sillage and longevity issues.
But with the beautiful base, it starts to weaken and soon you can’t smell anything anymore. Such a shame.
