Tried this in store and truly believed I had found my signature scent as Mate Tea and Fig are some of my favourite notes. I later went out for dinner and simply could not stop sniffing my wrist, alongside my girlfriend who really enjoyed it as well. I immediately ordered a full bottle online (at a discount) that same night.
One aspect I appreciate from Aesop fragances is that they're strong without being invasive, but after consistently wearing Virere for weeks now, I came to the realization that this is simply soooo so weak. And I mean considerably weaker than the tester I had tried in store.
I usually enjoy subtle fragrances, but this stuff is literally non-existent unless you're sniffing the persons neck. It's the only fragrance I overspray, and even then, it's barely noticeable past the first hour of application.
