I do love the smell of porcini, chestnut, and birch mushrooms in the forest while mushroom hunting, but do I want to smell like porcini soup?

I really like the smell of forest floor. It goes on the hand, and then you relax. But this one doesn’t develop quite like that...
And a mushroom soup with a nice, creamy chestnut is almost even better 😉. Definitely with bread dumplings 😄
