After all the various assessments
about my beloved Al-Jazzab
I thought to myself, come on old man
take a look, write something down, you’ve had it lying around for a while, and yes, we only had one or two encounters in the past, one scent came after another, and then it kept slipping further back. I could still clearly remember the first test
it was right after receiving it and it knocked me out with its rose oud and cuddle musk underpinned by the finest rich oud and antique wood with a splash of citrus and incense, all wrapped in heavily seductive rose, earthy smoke, nutmeg, and Mongolian musk winds driving
a pleasurable game in black leather smoke, the animalic aspect is mysterious, not calf-like but maybe deer or goat, I don’t know, but it immediately makes me think of dear Fuchur
with hair and fur, completely different from the other ouds, I could roll around in it, the scent is dense, heavy, unsweet, narcotic, and
uplifting, the oud wood is rich and strong, the blue hint from the green dragon can be felt all the way to the lips, and around it, all the other notes revolve more or less. What comes to mind today, almost a year later, is the perfect combination of EO3 Edp with its crisp fresh green rose, EO Mongolian Musk with its profound coziness, and its bloom that flashes through towards the end, rounded off by old sandalwood.
The extrait isn’t that old, or is it? The oud market has strange rules, but surely all these things here in this bottle are no longer available, maybe there’s a supermarket there now. I see everything fading away and everyone wants more, like a little time capsule
Is worth its weight in gold, not like all that strange money.
It’s my favorite, they can pack everything else for me!
my rose, jungle, oud cuddle scent.

Don't listen to those self-proclaimed flower experts who seriously think that leather & smoke come from anything other than oud: This scent is fantastic!
It's clearly superior to the tired Fallen Empire Rose Ouds from ALD, as the oud is noticeable and not drowned in creamy sandalwood. But what do I know, I'm not a silly flower enthusiast, so I’d rather stay out of it… 😂
Great review, you can tell you don't just rely on fragrance pyramids and other statements/reviews! 👍🏼
Unfortunately, it's too sour for me. Even though interesting facets keep appearing, it's just not my thing.

Taha really knows his stuff!
