Bulería Agua de Sevilla 2000

Different than expected.....
I confess, I am a lover of fragrances with extensive ingredient lists.....very much in the style of the great old classics....
Especially when a fragrance pyramid gathers just about everything that has rank and name ;-).....Civet, castoreum, tobacco, a sea of flowers, and on top of that galbanum, lavender, and coriander......
However, with this one, I have the impression that it is "LESS" than the sum of its parts.....if I had to sum it up, I would say:
We have here a citrus-floral scent dominated by white flowers.....without even the slightest hint of any animal facet.......I can't detect the tobacco, as a balancing element to the floral sweetness, at any point......
Overall, the fragrance is noticeably lighter than the pyramid suggests.....perhaps this is due to the usual temperature conditions in its country of origin, Spain.....
Those who prefer something light, white-floral, floral, and rather sweet might enjoy Buleria.....

The fragrance, with its lightness, fits quite well into the year 2000, but in my opinion, it also references the late '80s. Just saying.
For everyday wear, though, it's definitely a nice perfume.
Sweetness, however, isn’t necessary.
I think I'm out of this one...
