Hm, this makes me wonder; maybe my Amir One isn't as spoiled as I thought, maybe it's just sucky? What you experienced with Amir Two sounds quite similar ultimately, but with some extra character to make it all go down better... I think we need to swap stool samples!

The swap sounds like a plan. A2 is great because it's dry, but manages to avoid the powdery pitfall of cookie-cutter amber-ouds.
I think $2/ml is great value here, as far as masculine ouds are concerned.
So it’s the same oud you get in SO, but without the sweetness.
