Even though I perceive the scent differently, I respect everyone's opinion. However, I can't understand why the sillage and longevity are rated so poorly just because someone doesn't like the fragrance.
I got a sample today and was really curious about the Royal Oud relative. Either I got something wrong or I'm giving up my hobby. This has nothing to do with Royal Oud at all. I feel exactly the same way as you: a synthetic mess. Medicinal? I don't know, my medicine usually smells nicer.
