An Oriental Class of Its Own!
Diligent rummaging through one's own collection sometimes brings to light fragrances that one has hardly thought of anymore. Like this splendid specimen from "Al Haramain".
A bottle adorned with golden garlands that appears much less kitschy than many other containers for fragrant essences from the "Orient". Rather, it conveys cheerful serenity. It also cannot be denied that it has a certain elegant note.
And the content is exactly what the ingredient list / fragrance pyramid promises. A rich mixture of wonderfully fragrant ingredients. Almost no "synthetics", but rather natural extracts from flowers, fruits, herbs, spices, and woods. But nothing is exaggerated, neither sweet nor "cloying". And, although roses, jasmine, and other flowers mingle here with cinnamon, mango, and vanilla, it is a perfume that both genders can wear without hesitation. Something resinous that uniquely smells "enchanted" makes "Haneen" something special. Here I can perceive all sorts of resins, woods, and balsams, from pine to cedar, from sandalwood to earthy amberwood, oud, and patchouli. Spiced with a bit of ginger and saffron, finely peppered throughout gives the whole a delicate "spicy" note. As already described: everything within a harmonious framework, without anything standing out dominantly. And yet with small rough spots, subtle "dents", edges, and corners. Truly an Oriental class of its own. And: Good does NOT have to be expensive!

I have the perfume oil as well, and I still wear it regularly and enjoy it. Good things really don't have to be expensive!
