Delicious Amber-Strawberry Gum
I bought this Al Haramain this month. I had been looking for a scent with strawberry for some time. Less for regular use but more out of curiosity about how strawberry can be showcased. Moreover, I find strawberry to be a lovely fragrance note that can also be worn well in leisure time. With Al Haramain Makkah, I found a really good scent for a blind buy. 15ml Pure Perfume for 7 euros. Good price. Al Haramain has some good fragrances that are very affordable. The most famous is probably the Aventus clone L'Aventure.
The scent comes in a small cute bottle. 15ml is, I believe, the only available size. Since the price is really very low, it's a really nice option. Unfortunately, there is no spray, but the fragrance can be applied well. Unfortunately, smaller sizes often do not come with sprays.
The bottle looks nice. Small silver screw cap. The perfume also has a really beautiful color.
The scent will not appeal to everyone. A fragrance that would polarize if it weren't so unknown. In my opinion, it starts with a very strong bubble-gum-like note. A fresh strawberry gum with fresh notes. It slightly reminds me of the gum ice BumBum. The strawberry smells very strong and is easily recognizable. It has been well showcased if you want to smell like strawberry. The bubble-gum note softens after a few hours, and the creation becomes gentler with amber, musk, and vanilla. In terms of style, it later resembles Gaultier2, which uses the same three fragrance notes. However, Makkah has a strong oriental touch throughout.
The performance is really more than decent. The sillage is extremely strong, and the longevity is really very good. It starts like "Nuttendiesel," but becomes significantly softer later on, similar to Gaultier2.
Now for the unisex classification: Best suited for me especially for young ladies. Unisex can be accepted, but it is extremely sweet, and strawberry is not the most masculine note. However, those who like these notes will enjoy it. With this bubble-gum note, it is also very modern and can be worn well by those under 20.
Everyday suitability 0%. Similar to Gaultier2, a scent that should mainly be worn for going out. Strong sillage, and some will find this scent trashy. Really well suited for clubbing and outdoor events.
Overall, a strong scent with very good performance. With this fragrance, you will stand out. You can treat yourself to it for 7 euros if you like such sweet scents.
