Swedish Fabric Softener or Cuddle Scent?
A letter from a friend is to blame.
9 different SweDoft's are to be tested.
Not all deserve a review.
But this one has made the cut.
Darin's Musk surprised me this morning.
I expected a rather harsh masculine scent.
I was thinking of something smoky, maybe even cool leather.
With musk, I have those associations.
However, what came out of the spray nozzle was pure warm joy of life.
It sprayed a not-too-sweet mist that had something truly cuddly about it from the opening.
A really beautiful aroma that I perceive.
First, the powdery sweetness.
Something floral.
As it develops, it loses none of that; it only becomes softer for me, and the sweetness fades a bit.
Darin's becomes a bit spicier.
At no point, however, does Darin's Musk come across as unmanly to me.
Perfect for cuddling, it will be hard to get enough of each other, to keep our noses apart.
For me, a very beautifully warm, powdery scent.
A scent that seeks to please and I really like a lot.
I can still distinctly smell Darin's Musk on my arm after 5 hours and enjoy it very much.
Perfect for cuddling by the fireplace.
Precious cuddle scent describes it much better than just fabric softener scent.
I am glad that I got to know Darin.
