Pierce my heart again.

Lee McQueen - genius and tortured, angst-filled spirit, who created his demons in sometimes morbid, sometimes pompous collections and magnificent show installations and thus achieved cult status. Sources say that his art was his anchor. The only area of his life in which he felt he was achieving something. After the end of a show, he often felt particularly lonely and lost.

To the fragrance
Two fragrances were launched during McQueen's lifetime. One of them was "Kingdom", a fragrance that caused a stir, similar to Boudoir by Vivienne Westwood or Dune by Christian Dior, and did not correspond to the common, "pleasing" style of its time.
At first glance, the fragrance notes seem harmless. Fresh spices, green and fruity notes on a warm amber base. But far from it. In keeping with the elaborate, unusual flacon, which is reminiscent of an armored heart, a unique, almost erotic mixture of aromas is also hidden behind the listed fragrance notes. The fragrance is reminiscent of a garden. But not an ordinary, well-tended garden in a tidy terraced housing estate. A wild, rampant piece of greenery. An oasis in the middle of golden yellow dunes that never seem to end. The air is humid, the sun glowing red.
Our skin warm and moist. Plant juices and resins mingle with the sweat of hard work.
Grass stains and earth on our knees. Rose petals in our hair.
Hammocks are fastened between two palm trees. From the upper one comes soft snoring. You swing yourself up and wake the sleeper rudely, but with a mischievous smile on your face.
"You smell!" "Meaning?" "Well, what does?"
We make love until the sun disappears behind the dunes.
A kingdom for the great happiness of the simple life.
