Operation successful - Patient dead
Today I tested the MP pour Homme by Chris Adams.
The opening is fresh and citrusy with grapefruit and bitter orange, but only for a short time. With the heart note, it becomes warm and spicy - but everything feels quite artificial with a bittersweet aroma.
The transition to the base is linear with slight mineral notes in the background, but here too it feels rather artificial, reminiscent of benzoin. Over time, a warm sweetness dominates with a lingering bitter aftertaste, which I perceive as slightly oriental, powdery, and woody - the sillage and longevity are mediocre. The bottle is made of transparent glass, with a plastic casing in chrome/black colors, definitely nothing special.
Conclusion: This scent, as a pour Homme EdP, has absolutely nothing in common with other pour Homme fragrances; that is grossly exaggerated - Operation successful - Patient dead. A typical scent that is positioned in the lowest price segment in drugstores - no recommendation to buy.
