Dia Woman smells like a lady whose hair is never out of place, whose clothes are perfectly tailored, and who looks like she never sweats or smells except in the sauna. I have nothing against that lady, but I'm not her, and rarely if ever do I try to pretend to be her.
Soapy and powdery without blowing up in my face about it. Less symphonic than other Amouage fragrances I've tried. A statement by @MartaRegina describes this as a classic cashmere sweater, and I think that's right on. Very pretty, but a bit too lives-in-a-million-dollar-house-smelling to suit me.
She's got the longevity, though. Eight hours and many hand-washings later, I can still get a whiff on my wrist. Amouage does a beautiful base note—masters of transforming the fragrance into its enduring core. Soft, gently creamy musk/wood/vanilla, your-skin-but-better that lingers forever.
