Bold elegance
Amouage lyric is like if you decided to go on a walk through a beautifully lit valley of flowers. Rose is sucha prominent note when you first smell it. Very floral. Its an acquired taste, I feel. Not every man/woman is goin to like this scent.
That being said.....this is a beautiful scent, at least to my nose. I get off top, the rose & Lime in the background. Like a delicate beauty, be fragile with it as well, lol it is quite powerful.
The dry down is almost worth the entire price of the scent. Because once u get the dry down, u get this musk, beautiful nutmeg & vanilla that smooths this out like, NO OTHER FRAGRANCE I've smelled! It is that different. The frankincense will keep it quite powerful thru the dry down as well. So not as much of a skin scent, still projects after a few hours
The dry down is amazing so make sure your not buying it just for the opening.
This is a versatile scent if u got the confidence to wear it in certain settings. Can be worn day or night because that dry down will have her pulling you close for a smell. I won't say this is a compliment killer because how Floral it is & that can turn some people off. But this scent is beautifully crafted & I know some people out there, if not most, will love it!
