Brilliant Performance at Aldi

In our neighborhood, the news spread that there were cabbage rolls at Aldi.

Since this comfort food is one of my favorites, I set off completely electrified in our electric car.

It was my maiden drive as a chauffeur.

But in the parking lot, I couldn't lock the vehicle or turn off the lights.

I circled the car, got in and out - observed with interest by a multi-member audience.

Heat rose within me.

Electric cars are still quite rare in our city - and you stand out with one.
On top of that, my strange gymnastic exercises.

Finally, my husband gave me phone instructions - and the car responded.

But I had a racing pulse and desperately headed for the Aldi fragrance corner.

And I got help - in the form of Brilliant Gold.

A valuable scent enveloped me subtly, - delicately floral intertwined with airy fruitiness.
A faint chypre note appeared unsoapy - and elegant.
Soft powderiness clung to me.

The fragrance reminded me of J adore - but more transparent - and in that moment more pleasant for me than the original.

That was truly a brilliant performance - and it made me forget my less than brilliant performance in the parking lot.

I took this successful Biondi with me - and was not disappointed that the cabbage rolls were sold out.

Ohhhh... man, you just sit there like a little monkey!
Everyone's staring... Help, I've been in a similar situation before... the functions of the electronic seats...
But hey, I found a great fragrance as compensation!
Unfortunately, I didn't have any... just a "whoops" :-))
It was amusing, the laughter :-)). Fellow passengers trying to hold it in...

I know how it is... you struggle to project a final semblance of competence, but inside you've lost all composure... I probably would have ended up trying to spray the cabbage roll on my wrist...

It's great that you take it with humor and a little "Baaawüüüm," as we say around here. I laughed while reading it.

You already had me hooked with the first sentence of your comment! What a delightful story that I read with great amusement. Honestly, I couldn't care less about the scent behind it... Still, you get a trophy for that. That's quite an achievement! ;)))
