Anna Zworykina's fragrances are always so original! This one reminds me of a wooden cabin in a farmhouse museum with its spicy immortelle and slightly camphoraceous patchouli: dim light filters through the tiny windows, the scent of the oven lingers in the dark wood, dried immortelles sit next to beeswax candles on the table, and outside, well-maintained heavy boots are greased with leather fat. The base adds a touch of sweetness with vanilla and myrrh.
