Annayake 2006 Eau de Toilette

I got to know and like Annayake with "Kagari for Him / かが | Annayake / アナヤケ". While walking through the perfume store, I came across "Undō / 運動 (Eau de Toilette) | Annayake / アナヤケ". The tall, unusual, but quite cool bottle caught my attention.
Upon spraying, a slightly citrusy (lemon juice, bergamot, mandarin), primarily spicy-fresh (juniper berry) scent reveals itself with a subtle aquatic note. It's one of those scents that is ideal for sports but would also be well-suited for leisure or everyday wear. You feel as if you are riding a sport horse through water. Over time, the fragrance becomes even more aquatic, at the expense of its spiciness. It's not bad at all, but unfortunately, it also feels very generic and nothing that you haven't smelled better composed elsewhere.

Additionally, the sillage is at best okay and already diminishes after an hour and a half. After just over 4 hours, "Undō / 運動 (Eau de Toilette) | Annayake / アナヤケ" is only close to the skin. But okay, the price is reasonable for that.
Still, it's not a scent I would actually buy.
