Annayake 2006 Eau de Toilette

I am a little disappointed. A friend gifted me this fragrance and raved about it as if it were the pheromone of a god. The first spritz on my wrist revealed an aquatic freshness, and I found it quite pleasant, but as the day went on, the freshness faded and gave way to something undefinable. The smell reminds me of sweat or something else (yes, I shower regularly!). The fact is, it is unpleasant and does not invite frequent wearing. In the meantime, I use the fragrance as a toilet freshener. Given the price, that is decadent, but in light of the scent, it is quite justified.

Conclusion: Don’t buy the fragrance spontaneously at first sniff, but spray it on and walk through the city. Smell it again. If you still like it... Yes, then you have a strange taste...
