Irisistible April Aromatics 2018

no,...one would not think of them as friends: the dust-dry, intensely searching iris and the lavishly sensual, almost overwhelming tuberose.
but they get along splendidly!
when the iris root is in the foreground, the tuberose holds back with a smile, chatting casually with jasmine (today a bit pale....bad dreams?) and rose.
but even her smile from the background gives the iris depth, calmness, and mystery.
iris, well aware of her friend's exuberance, seeks structure and truth. sometimes she has to smile at her own sober nature, then she lets tuberose take the lead and quietly leans back.

they dance together: the slender and the lush.
light are their steps, enchantingly natural....and so intimate that one cannot imagine one without the other....
