Woody
This might just be a supplementary comment to Reniti's review.
I also smell fruits first, possibly papaya. It is somewhat sweet, but I agree, not sugary. On a website (parfuemerie.de), I found a mention of apple in the top notes, but I'm not sure I can really smell that, especially since it is supposed to be a scent of tropical fruits.
The heart notes are said to consist of white and orange (really?) flowers; I can smell something like gardenia, but only a few orange flowers come to mind: marigold, chrysanthemum, saffron - none of which are included in the heart notes of Paradiso. Most of them wouldn't fit either, as Paradiso is supposed to evoke the tropics.
For the base, vanilla and sandalwood are mentioned, and I find that it is the woody notes that start quite early.
Overall, I get a fruit mix, somewhat sweet but also fresh, tempered by the woody undertones. Paradiso is rather the opposite of Eden, which comes across as opulent to me. Paradiso can be worn now in spring, suitable for the office and sports; I would use it less for evenings out. For me, it is less of a typical tropical scent and more of a usable woody everyday fragrance.
