Riqqa رقة Ard Al Zaafaran

Yogurette with a Twist
Sweet and fruity, like Yogurette with a hint of orange aroma. Occasionally, there's a light alcohol note that fades quite quickly. A bit of vanilla, maybe a touch of butter cookie. But everything is rather light, bright, friendly, and perfectly balanced. I can only compare it to Angels Share from memory, but the Riqqa seems a bit more pleasing and lighter to me, which I personally prefer, without the scent losing much presence. However, it is not an Angels Share clone, even though it goes in that direction, but there are indeed small differences. Vanilla is always a critical topic for me and can quickly disqualify a fragrance, but here I really like the combination with the sweetness, etc. It does push the scent a bit towards the feminine side, which one must be aware of, even though it is clearly unisex. In the drydown, the Riqqa becomes lighter, whether one finds that good or rather bad is something everyone must decide for themselves. Strangely, I also have no consistent opinion about the Riqqa.
