Riqqa رقة Ard Al Zaafaran
3
Prince of Dubai
This is how an Arab prince might smell, riding on his black steed through the desert. Spicy, sweet, woody.
The fragrance is like a finer Khamrah, as if Khamrah were a dupe of Riqqa, on steroids and coarser.
Candied oranges, praline, cinnamon, tonka bean, vanilla, and woody notes harmonize together and envelop us like a veil. They evoke a sense of royalty without being opulent, yet still undeniably very oriental.
Longevity is good at about 6 hours.
Sillage I would classify as very good.
