What can I say, I agree with everyone here that this is not a perfume.
There is an attar in India called "mitti attar". There are basically 2 ingredients in it. One is clay distillate and the other sandalwood oil. This is mixed approximately 20/80.
As I had a bottle of Le Mitti at home, I mixed it myself without further ado. As it contains alcohol, in a different ratio. And that was a good thing, it lasted longer on the skin and had something for perfume.
You can certainly test this further with roses or other things.
In short: it is useless on its own, but great for further processing.
