Belle Armaf

I copied Elena (Thank you!) and ordered this fragrance blind. And I have to agree with her: The scent bears a strong resemblance to J'adore by Dior. I tested both side by side. On the first spray, the cheapy from Armaf is even a bit more intense. In the drydown, the two are very similar. Wonderfully floral, with a nice dose of jasmine, not too sweet, clean, and elegant. Just a crowd-pleaser. In direct comparison, J'adore's floral jasmine note comes out a bit stronger; it is generally a bit finer, more balanced, and more intense. Armaf's Belle is very similar but a bit soapier. I don't mind that, especially for the unbeatable price of 24 euros for 100ml. The sillage and longevity are still great, especially on clothes. My conclusion is: Belle is a lovely scent for everyday wear. For special occasions, I like to spritz on its more expensive, elegant sister, but for everyday use, the cheapy has a similar effect.
