Wouldn't this be a suitable scent for doctors? Since they are close to patients, they can't wear much else. But with this subtle fragrance, it would be doable.
That's a quality that often goes underappreciated: fragrances that don't want to commit (or only do so beautifully, as you put it: to indifference). Sometimes, you just need that.
