Black Star Avril Lavigne 2009

Floral/Fruity it comes, the black star, and initially smells VERY alcoholic (must be a characteristic of the Avril Lavigne fragrances?), but gets better after a few minutes.

Whoever manages to pick out individual notes here - my greatest respect goes to them. I can't do it for the life of me, even though I really try.
I only smell a mishmash, what exactly is in there - no idea - only one thing is for sure: chocolate is definitely not in there... ;)

It is definitely sweet and fruity. And among all the sweet fruity/floral scents, Black Star is probably below average, but still not as bad as its successor Forbidden Rose... (That needs to be said!)

The bottle doesn't look nice and the ring that comes with it is supposedly a "trendy accessory in the popular Avril Lavigne look"...
You can't even get this spiked ring on your finger without "impaling" the other fingers, and there's no talk of it being pretty or even trendy... But if someone likes it...
