Black Star Avril Lavigne 2009

I don't want to offend anyone who owns and likes this fragrance, but I can only echo my predecessors.

I find that it comes across as very cheap and doesn't develop. It's there, and then it's gone. End of story. The listed ingredients can at best be guessed. Chocolate? Really? Not a chance. Everything is very diluted and artificial. Furthermore, the scent is extremely scratchy and very annoying; you want to run away from yourself.
The bottle looks somewhat decent in this picture. In reality, it matches the content: cheap and artificial.

I'm generally not opposed to celebrity fragrances, even though Mr. NEC has successfully partially re-educated me ;-)
But this? No. Really not. This is nothing. Maybe my skin type isn't suited for it, but I found it annoying on the test strip as well.
I can only imagine it on young girls, a bit gothic to punky, a bit wild. And hopefully not in a dosage overkill.

Conclusion:
This fragrance will not end up in my shopping basket in this lifetime.
The bar can hang very low - the level will pass through!
