"Composed for the man who loves the sea" (quote)
As described on the fragrance's homepage, I perceive this scent as fresh and maritime. Fresh, but not lemony, rather green and slightly bitter/cool, but also spicy. I find it well-suited for spring and summer. It is an Eau de Cologne with good longevity, which can also be used as an After Shave, according to the label.
I also like the bottle: Made of brown glass with small air bubbles here and there. The blue and white label on the front and on the back, a raised glass-embossed sailing ship with the inscription "Seport Spyce". The screw cap is handcrafted and made of solid pewter. Overall, it strikes me as rustic.
By the way, the manufacturer is Coastal Fragrance in Florida (Pensacola). A small perfumery that creates individual scents in small batches.
