Incense Room
My favorite drugstore in Austria is always worth a visit. In addition to incense, they also carry natural cosmetics and healing stones... and lo and behold, also fragrances. As an Egypt fan, I can hardly resist when the scent is called "Bagno Cleopatra," and the packaging lists floral and powdery notes - it seems made for me,
There wasn't a tester available, sometimes a little risk is necessary when the price is justifiable.
Back home, I sprayed it on - now I understand why the packaging also mentions "reminds of the morning mist of an oriental oasis."
From the very beginning, I only think of incense; I immediately detect frankincense, and the base remains - fittingly - quite heavy. The single test spray on my hand lasts a solid 4 to 5 hours, even though it's an Eau de Toilette.
The bottle is simple but sturdy and feels good in the hand.
For me, it's a bit of a demanding scent; I prefer the softer ones. But tastes do differ.
P.S.: Do I now have to join the blind purchase self-help group?

You can skip the blind buy support group by "actively" passing this scent along, maybe for a swap or something.
Like, to me, haha. I enjoy challenging fragrances, and based on your description, this one could be right up my alley!
