Mouthful of Scandinavian woods and saunas
A mystical scent, affection from the first meeting.
B&B carries a genuine Scandinavian touch. Crisp, close to nature, cool, exciting and cleverly attractive. Strategically undefined. Genderless and ageless.
An image of Nordic autumn immediately came to my mind. The soft sharpness of woods, the clean ozonic aldehydes of fresh air, the woody smokiness of a sauna, the herbal character of forest plants.
In the background there is the sweetness of praline, the seductive tenderness of jasmine, the citrus sharpness of kumquat. But no single note dominates, everything together is an atmospheric whole, a mouthful (read noseful ;) of Scandinavia.
The fresh woody feeling immediately creates a parallel with Santal 33, but September is more versatile, more sensitive and mysterious. Thanks to the charming sweetness of light flowers, it is also more feminine.
For me personally, the most questionable thing is the aldehyde metallic sound, which probably comes from the addition of eucalyptus (makes it comparable with Papyrus Moleculare). But I understand it conceptually, makes the whole thing somehow Swedish cool.
The longevity is average, okay for daytime wear.
