Yeah, well I'm kind of disappointed. It's not a bad scent by any means, but it smells like a shampoo I've already tried out (luxurious though, not drugstore). All in all, it's not something I'd call unique or different from other scents that smell shampoo-y.
I did get a fresh burst of neroli paired with a faint citrus sting. I didn't smell any red currant (or maybe it's a fruit I'm just not used to). Doesn't take long before the white fig appears. It's a creamy, fruity thing, light and dreamy. I'm not familiar with how rain lilies are supposed to smell like, but it did smell watery, aquatic-like and very fresh. Drydown is all about muskiness and warmth with a tinge of salty woods and the ghost of the white fig that lingers.
Overall it's a pretty clean, light scent, that can be worn anytime to freshen up. It's gentle, light, dreamy even, but it's not something very impactful. Didn't smell humid to me, but I get where people are coming from since the aquatic portion of the scent is quite present. It's not my kind of thing so I'll be passing up a full bottle, but it was nice to try out I guess.
