Butterflies

* Mama, I can't think anymore,
I think I have a fever,
I believe I don't want this...
Mama, what should I do now?
I think I have to die,
what if my heart breaks? *
...
Very often I have some songs in my head when it comes to fragrances.
With this one, it's 'Vincent' by Sarah Conner,
because this scent is delicate, light, and buoyant,
like a first love.
A fragrance like the flutter of a butterfly...
Still innocent, romantic, carefree
and full of life and lightness.
The energy of a first love,
where you could dance through life...
Dancing on creamy-white almond powder clouds,
with teenager heart-shaped, dreamy eyes.
Delicate flowers rain down on the radiant faces.
This scent is really nothing more,
but it makes you happy.
....
* No no my child,
you will not,
and please believe me darling,
you won't die either,
it's just love,
and no medicine can help...*
...
But maybe this scent....

* Quotes from Sarah Conner's song 'Vincent'

Just read it because @Setterliebe pointed it out to me. So beautifully described - but definitely not for me...

What a lovely review, dear G. 🥰🍀
You describe those big feelings of youth, times that stay in our memories for a lifetime... And you've really touched my heart with it 😊
I also like "Vincent," Sarah Connor has some really great songs... Thank you for your beautiful review, which I enjoyed reading very much 🙏🖐️💛

It was too almondy for me (it was almost entirely made up of bitter almond). And too subtle - though I usually prefer softer scents.

I'm with Can on this one. It probably won't be for me. Even the color scares me. :D

I'm not sure if Sarah Conner is the right fit here. For me, songs often accompany scents, and that makes them something really special! Great!

If I had Sarah Conner in my head while listening to a song, I’d need some aspirin ASAP ;-)

But what happens when the infatuation fades and you think: "Smells like Aqual with Cypriol" and "What a cheesy pink fluff!"?

Interestingly, it doesn't ring a bell at all. I don't even know the brand.

Compared to tons of chocolate, the scent has no calories ;-) Nice comment. The fragrance is probably a bit too pink for me... but that's okay.

Hmmmm, sometimes I can't think clearly either.
Nice comment, but the scent probably wouldn't be for me. Besides, I'm too heavy for such a light fragrance *g*
