A Fragrance for Winnie the Pooh
Majestic falls under the category of "strenuous" for me, which is clearly due to the honey note in the base. This honey note is omnipresent in this fragrance and creates a very peculiar mixture, especially with the floral notes in the top.
As mentioned, this BtV starts with bright flowers, and at first, you can't sense the aforementioned honey, but this changes dramatically after about five minutes.
In the heart, according to the brand's website, green notes of floral sweetness are supposed to stand in contrast, but I don't perceive any of that on my skin. Majestic remains sweet and, above all, very present.
Only in the base does a balsamic wood note and the wilting of the flowers bring about some change; however, Majestic does not become more subdued here.
I can't say that this fragrance smells bad; it just isn't suitable for me as a perfume and is a bit too intense.
Majestic is suitable for lovers of lush honey fragrances or Winnie the Pooh.
