Weakest Bon Parfumeur
In my opinion, 002 is unfortunately the worst Bon Parfumeur fragrance. I would like to outline the reasons for this here.
After the first spray, I immediately had a scent association that stayed with me throughout the entire scent development.
This little water draws about 80% from 4711 Echt Kölnisch Wasser, and unfortunately, the fragrance cannot offer much more than that.
The strong associations with grandmothers made the scent unappealing to me right from the start. As the fragrance develops, one waits in vain for a twist or unique feature. Only a bit of white musk lightens it up a little towards the end, but that doesn’t save it anymore.
If you are looking for a linear, uncreative neroli scent with mediocre performance, you will be well served here. In my opinion, a better alternative that gives the neroli note a full-bodied, beautiful character is Reflection Man by Amouage.
