It's no longer about creativity or quality. It's all about sales growth. There are only a few who still see perfume-making as an art and manage to stay in business despite that. As for the price-performance ratio, I'd rather not say anything. There are much better and possibly cheaper alternatives out there.
It seems to me that Bortnikoff is slowly losing its edge and drifting into a certain mediocrity. I think it's great that you don't let the brand bonus influence your rating and instead address the dilemma straightforwardly. Given the price tag, it's worth asking ourselves the purpose of these trendy brands every now and then.
