Illusione Bottega Veneta 2019 Eau de Parfum

Finally, a completely new scent from Bottega Veneta.
The bottle is square, with a deep, solid drop-shaped base, a round cap, and a cutout in the middle for the sprayer - great!
The initial scent experience: refreshing, citrusy, red fruity, delicious!
Then it becomes woody, very lightly, softly, and comfortably tonka bean-like.
I perceive this fragrance more as a Cologne.
In the height of summer, it's super wearable and as a refreshing splash, the first 10 minutes are invigorating, delightful, uplifting, and refreshing, and for the next 2 hours, it is a soothing, aromatic, maritime, Italian companion.
Not a constant companion or even a friend or partner.
No, a fleeting pleasure.
Everything else would be an illusion!
