The pink glittery bottle says it all!
I mainly get red berries and a milky, dollhead-like heliotrope like this. The opening smells like strawberry and raspberry jam and Barbie's pink plastic milkshake. A bit of musk and benzoin add warmth and creaminess. I like it, but I think it falls firmly into the "cheap and cheerful" category and does not come across as any more sophisticated than the rest of the line. Which is totally fine, I enjoy cute and fun fragrances like this.
Later in the base it becomes closer to the original, even though there are no vanilla or cupcake notes listed, I can smell them.
I do not sense even one bit of oud in this. Maybe a tiny hint of woodsiness in the opening, if I'm being generous, but definitely no oud of any kind.
I think this would work well for those who don't like the sour kiwi, or even the orris and woods of the original. After it has dried down it's like a completely smooth berry version of the Fantasy DNA. Not a must have for me, as I already have several Fantasy flankers, but definitely enjoyable for any fan of the line.
